By creating an account or using LimeTalk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
LimeTalk is an AI-powered practice tool for the Multilevel English Speaking exam. It provides simulated exam conditions, voice recording, AI-generated scores (0–75), CEFR band estimates, and written feedback across four speaking criteria.
LimeTalk is an independent practice service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of DTM (the State Testing Centre of Uzbekistan) or any exam board. Scores produced by LimeTalk are practice estimates, not official exam results.
Coins are the in-app currency used to start practice sessions. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred between accounts.
Subscription coins refill at the start of each billing cycle. Unused coins from the previous cycle do not carry over unless otherwise stated on the billing page.
Payments are processed by Click. All prices are in Uzbek soʻm (UZS). Once a coin purchase is confirmed and credited, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of a proven technical error on our side.
You agree not to:
Scores and feedback are generated by AI models and may contain errors. They are intended as practice guidance only. Do not rely on them as a guarantee of your performance in an official exam.
All platform content — topic packs, prompts, UI design, and scoring logic — is owned by LimeTalk. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
You retain ownership of your voice recordings. By submitting them, you grant LimeTalk a limited licence to process them through AI services for the purpose of producing your score and feedback.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice for serious violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
LimeTalk is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI scores will match official exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimeTalk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
All certificates and score reports generated by LimeTalk are strictly unofficial diagnostic assessments intended for personal practice and self-evaluation. They carry no state, legal, or academic accreditation and cannot substitute for official national or international language certificates (including the official Multilevel/CEFR certificates issued by the State Testing Agency of Uzbekistan / DTM).
LimeTalk certificates do not confer any legal rights or benefits, including but not limited to university entrance exam score waivers, school exemptions, teacher salary bonuses (ustama), or civil service qualifications. You agree never to misrepresent or present any LimeTalk certificate as an official state document. Any fraudulent use, alteration, or unlawful presentation of a certificate to third parties or public institutions is strictly your personal legal responsibility.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above or by email. Continued use of LimeTalk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
